Bhubaneswar: In a first of its kind Odisha Tourism Development Corporation along with Springdale Maritime Academy is organising 5 days skill upgradation program for boatmen of OTDC. The program was inaugurated by Padmashree Dilip Tirkey , Chairman OTDC along with Dr. Nitin B. Jawale, IAS Director Tourism and MD OTDC. In all 24 boatmen are to be trained. OTDC will also undertake the safety audit of all its water transport equipments.
