Bhubaneswar: BJD president Naveen Patnaik appoints ex-minister Raghunath Mohanty as vice president and party’s observer for Dhenkanal. He was removed as BJD VP following his arrest in the much-hyped dowry case slapped by his daughter-in-law Barsha Swony Choudhury in 2013.
