Bhubaneswar: Ruling BJD’s ‘Maha Sammilani’ on Mahanadi Water Dispute to be held on April 22 instead of April 15 in Bhubaneswar, preparatory meeting to be held tomorrow; elected representatives of 15 districts to participate. This was informed by the BJD spokesperson Amar Satapathy .
