Cuttack: The Orissa High Court Judge Justice Sanjay Kumar Mishra today recused himself from hearing on Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s poll funding case and requested the Chief Justice to shift another bench for hearing.
It should be noted that on August 10, the HC had deferred the hearing on two petitions filed by Debananda Mohapatra and Subhas Mohapatra to September 6 respectively in the alleged discrepancies in the CM’s election expenses and poll funding row.
