Bhubaneswar: Odisha Government will use ‘Smart’ & ‘Prepaid’ meters to prevent electricity theft. This was informed by the State Energy Minister Dibya Shankar Mishra adding that in the first phase, a total of 4500 Prepaid meters will be installed in Sambalpur while Smart meters will be introduced in Rourkela.
