Bhubaneswar: Proctorial system will be introduced in 1,047 Plus-III colleges; smart classes launched in 101 colleges; 75% attendance of students & 7-hour duty of teachers mandatory. This was infomred by the Odisha Higher Education Minister Arun Sahoo after a meeting with college principals through video conference.
