Bhubaneswar: Odisha government on Tuesday effected major reshuffle in IAS cadre. The state government transferred as many as 12 senior IAS officers .
IAS Bishnupada Sethi, Commissioner-cum-Secretary, RD Department with the additional charge of Special Relief Commissioner has been appointed in additional charge of MD, OSDMA. Ranjana Chopra, Commissioner-cum-Secretary, School and Mass Education Department has been transferred as Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Co-operation Department with the additional charge of DG, Gopabandhu Academy of Administration.
Sangram Keshari Mishara, DG, Gopabandhu Academy of Administration has been transferred as Chairman, Odisha State Warehousing Corporation. Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra, Principal Secretary, FS and CW department has appointed as Principal Secretary, School and Mass Education Department.
Manoj Ahuja, Principal Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers’ Empower Department was posted OSD, GA and PG Department. Gudey Srinivas, Principal Secretary, Labour and ESI Department transferred to join as Principal Secretary, Commerce and Transport Department.
Anu Garg on repatriation from Central Deputation will join as Principal Secretary, Labour and ESI Department. Sanjay Rastogi, Principal Secretary, Commerce and Transport Department has to join as OSD, GA and PG Department. Dr Saurabh Garg on repatriation from Central Deputation has been transferred as Principal Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers’ Empower Department.
V.V. Yadav, Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Science and Technology Department has been transferred as Commissioner-cum-Secretary, FS and CW department. Niranjan Sahu, Director, Industries, Odisha, Cuttack, will take charge as Addl. Secretary to Chief Minister.
Nikunja Bihari Dhal, Special Resident Commissioner, Govt. of Odisha, New Delhi, has to join as Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Excise Department with the additional charge of Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Science and Technology Department.
