Odisha: Ex-bureaucrats, filmmakers, litterateurs joined the BJD

Bhubaneswar: Ex-bureaucrats, filmmakers, litterateurs joined the BJD. As many as 32 noted persons, including former administrators, filmmakers, litterateurs, retired bank employees and culture researchers, joined the BJD at the Naveen Niwas here on Wednesday.

Retired IAS officer (Past Rotary governor) Rabi Narayan Nanda, former Special Secretary Bibhu Prasad Mishra, former Additional Secretary Saroj Kant Choudhury, retired OAS Mohan Prasad Mishra, former district Collector Debraj Senapati and writers Prabir Mohanty, Jaykrushna Tripathi, Binayak Behera, Ram Narayan Mohanty, Ambika Moharana, Radhashyam Mohanty, satire poet Prasanna Dash, Sankirtan expert Pankaj Biswal, Faikir Bishawl, Rasika Das, Ugresen Das, Dusmant Majhi, Pandab Sa, Jitu Hansa, Pala Singer Trust member Surendra Nath Chhotray, film producer Er Prashant Jena, film director Keshab Mallick, Jyoti Das, Gourishankar Das, Lalitendu Das, former Dhauli College Principal Benu Pratihari, former Kamakshanagar College Principal Debendra Chakra, Dr Gourishankar Behera, retire bank officer Ajay Routray, Mahendra Kumar Patnaik, Sarat Kumar Chaini and social worker Sanjukata Behera joined the BJD in the presence of its president and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
