Bhubaneswar: Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik writes to PM Narendra Modi for expediting issuance of a notification on Mahanadi Tribunal formation.
“The delay in constituting the tribunal has been proving to be an advantage for neighbouring Chhattisgarh which is continuing construction of six barrages on Mahanadi river, affecting interests of Odisha people during non-monsoon period,” said CM Naveen Patnaik in the letter.
