Rs 12 cr to be spent to host World Hockey League 2017 in Bhubaneswar whereas Rs 75 cr to organise World Cup Hockey 2018 . Players of 8 countries to participate in World Hockey League 2017 to be held in Bhubaneswar from Dec 1 to 10 .
