Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik announced implementation of 7th Pay Commission recommendations for all state government employees. About 4.5 lakh serving and 3.5 lakh retired employees will get enhanced emoluments & pension. The additional expenditure for the government will be ₹4500 crore per annum.
Chief Minister Shri Patnaik instructed implementation from 1st January, 2016. Employees will get enhanced pay from next month on 26 September before the Puja holidays.
