Bhubaneswar: Odisha Assembly secretary Amiya Kumar Sarangi retires from service . Sarangi got four extensions after retirement, is allowed to retire from service on March 31. Sishir Kanta Swain, joint secy, would remain incharge as assembly secretary. Assembly Speaker Pradip Amat had recommended the Governor for Sarangi’s service extension for the fifth time .
