Report by Malaya Mohapatra, Keonjhar: A new pellet plant has been set up with an investment of 300 crore rupees by Alluwalia Group in the premises of Sri Jagannath Steel and Power Sponge Iron at Uliburu,keonjhar. The industry was inaugurated by KJS Alluwalia, Chairman, Alluwalia Group. This Industry built with Russian Technology has capacity production of 1.20 million ton pellet, said Prasant Alluwalia, Managing Director of the company. Other stake holders Manjula Alluwalia,Gopa Alluwallia, Executive Director HRS Krishnan, S Nakvi and B Pravakaran, MD TEMPL were present in the occasion. This new plant will employ 300 employees and provide indirect employment to more people in the periphery, Mr Krishnan informed.
