Bhubaneswar: Odisha Government will sign MoU with Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation . An MoU between Department of Agriculture & Farmers’ Empowerment and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation will be signed on Friday at 5.45PM in the 3rd Floor Conference Hall, Secretariat in the presence of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik & Minister, Agriculture & Farmer’s Empowerment Pradeep Maharathy.
