Bhubaneswar: Manisha Khuntia has brought laurels for the State by securing third position in the Indian Economic Service (IES), whose results got published on Saturday. Manisha is presently pursuing her PhD degree in economics at the JNU.
Manisha, daughter of BK Khuntia and Sujata Khuntia, was a meritorious student from the beginning of her career. After completion of class X from Carmel School and plus two science from Ispat Vidya Mandir, Rourkela, she had joined Delhi University with economics as the leading subject.
After completion of graduation, she had joined JNU for her post graduation in economics. After completing her post graduation and Mphil, she is presently pursuing her PhD. Manisha’s father is a Deputy General Manager in the Rourkela Steel Plant whereas her mother Sujata Khuntia is a teacher.
