Madhya Pradesh CM Chouhan leaves for America, to reach Washington on October 22

Bhopal : Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan will reach Washington DC on October 22. Shri Chouhan has been invited by Pt Deendayal Upadhyay Forum. He will address as a key speaker in the programme organised by the forum. He is also invited by US- India Business Strategic Forum. He will leave for the US from Delhi in the night today and return the country on October 28.

Pt Deendayal Upadhyay Forum is being launched by Foundation for India and India Diaspora Studies, the US, with the support of Indian Embassy, on the occasion of 100th birth anniversary of Pt Upadhyay. Shri Chouhan has been invited as a key speaker in its inaugural function. Eminent scholars and representatives of Indian origin will participate in the forum. Policy makers, thinkers, academic experts and industrialists will also participate in it. Discussion will be held in the forum on political instability, terrorism, economic equality, unemployment, climate change and poverty like challenges.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan will visit Washington DC Museum and War Memorial on October 22. On October 23, he will participate in Pt Deendayal Upadhyay Forum programme. Also, he will discuss with a delegation of US House of Representatives. He will talk with delegation of US India Business Strategic Forum on October 24.

Shri Chouhan will highlight the resources available in Madhya Pradesh, future prospects and policies of the Government during the visit. Similarly, he will visit incubation centre at the University of Columbia on October 25, and will address Friends of MP in New York on October 26. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan will return to the country on October 28.
