Madhya Pradesh CM Chouhan Expresses Gratitude towards PM Narendra Modi for Raising the Backward Class Creamy Layer Limit

 

Bhopal : Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan expressed gratitude towards the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for raising the creamy layer limit from Rs 6 lakh to Rs. 8 lakh of backward class for reservation in government services and educational institutions. He further mentioned that the backward class has received justice after several years.

Shri Chouhan said that a major section of backward communities were deprived of reservation benefit in government employment and educational institutions owing to the Rs. 6 lakh creamy layer limit. Now the deprived sisters and brothers will be benefitted. He stated that sub-categorisation of the most backward will be carried out among the backward class. While describing the decision regarding formation of commission to undertake this work scientifically as revolutionary, Shri Chouhan said that the commission will put forth its recommendations within 12 weeks. On the basis of the recommendations, a decision will be taken for the most backward among the backward class scientifically. He mentioned that the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has taken a remarkable step to give justice to the backward class after the independence. This has given a hope to the backward class for justice.

Moreover, CM Shri Chouhan expressed gratitude towards the Prime Minister for giving legal status to the Backward Class commission. He mentioned that due to the anti backward class approach of the opposition parties, the states could not get success but now strong determination power of the Prime Minister Shri Modi will succeed in giving legal status to the backward class commission shortly. He expressed gratitude towards the Prime Minister on behalf of the citizens of the state for his revolutionary decisions.
