Madhya Pradesh to become logistics hub-CM Chouhan

Bhopal : Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that the state should be made a logistics hub. He issued instructions to the officials to prepare an outline for the state’s logistic policy. Shri Chouhan was talking with investors at the Mantralaya today. Commerce and Industry Minister Shri Rajendra Shukla was present on the occasion.

Director of Messrs. Siddharth Fine Spun Private Limited Shri Sanjay Patni of Anjad Badwani met Chief Minister Shri Chouhan. He said that his company wishes to establish a unit to make fabric from cotton in Anjad. More than Rs 150 crores would be invested in the unit. At least 400 persons would get employment in this unit. Among others who met the Chief Minister were Managing Director of Pacific Iron Manufacturing Limited Jabalpur Shri Pradeep Kumar Mittal, Director of Geomin Industries Limited Jabalpur Shri Sudhanshu Deva and Messrs Renew Power Venture Private Limited Gurgaon Chairman and CEO Shri Sumant Sinha, COO Shri Parag Sharma, State Head Shri Keshav Kanungo and Company Vice President Shri Balram Mehta and Shri Prafulla.

Additional Chief Secretary Finance Shri A.P Shrivastava, Additional Chief Secretary Energy Shri Iqbal Singh Bais, Principal Secretary Commerce and Industry Shri Mohammed Suleiman, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Shri S.K. Mishra, Principal Secretary Renewable Energy Shri Manu Shrivastava, Secretary Minerals Shri Manoj Dubey and TRIFAC Managing Director Shri D.P. Ahuja were also present on the occasion.
