Dhamra: Awareness generation through live demonstration on Fire & Safety is one among key intervention of our CSR. The objective of the initiative is to supplement and strengthen the Government Scheme of ensuring fire safety in all educational institutions where Government is provisioning fire fighting equipment’s and Adani Foundation through its Employee Volunteering Program organizing periodic capacity building training program with live demonstration of teachers and support staff of all schools of its periphery. In this regard a live demonstration programme was conducted at Sukhchand Manna Upper Primary School by Adani Foundation.
This initiative has been carried out by Adani Dhamra Port Fire & Safety Dept. This programme has been conducted in 35 schools of Dosinga and Karanjamala cluster zone nearby Port periphery and more than 53 teachers are associated with this. It has been planned for 85 more schools of another four cluster zone to be included in this programme. Participation of the port employees in CSR activities is a part of the Employee Volunteering Programme of Adani Group. The programme was smoothly conducted by Adani Dhamra Port workers.
