Cuttack: Industrialist Mahima Mishra to remain in jail as he has not got bail in Press Chhak bomb hurling case in Cuttack. Earlier today Orissa High Court grants conditional bail to industrialist Mahima Mishra on Seaways Shipping GM murder case.
Orissa HC asks Mahima Mishra to deposit passport and not to visit Paradip while granting the bail .
Mahima was arrested on December 25, 2016 in the Paradip murder and has been lodged in the Choudwar jail. Subsequently, the Cuttack Madhupatna police interrogated him in connection with the Press Chhaka bomb hurling on September 21, 2013 in which lawyer Abhay Bhatt was injured.
