Puri: Sand-Artist Manas Sahoo through his sand-art is celebrating the 72nd Independence Day on the golden sea-beach of Puri by paying tribute to the Patriots and by remembering their brave acts. Indian got its independence after thousands of sacrifices of great leaders, patriot women, brave freedom fighters. On the occasion of this Independence Day International Sand-Artist Manas Sahoo has crafted the tricolor flag on this sand art along with the slogan “SARE JAHAN SE ACHHA HINDUSTAN HAMARA”. Mr. Sahoo has constructed this sand art to awake the feeling of love, sacrifice and culture of our nation in the minds of people of India for our loving motherland.
This sand art is of 15 feet in width, and some 15 tonnes of sand is used to make it.
