IMFA & BIPF Jointly Conducted General Health Camp at Damodarpur village in Sukinda Block

 

Damodarpur: Today Bansidhar & Ila Panda Foundation the CSR wing of IMFA organised a General Health Camp at Damodarpur Project UP School in Dudhujori Gram Panchayat of Sukinda Block. Total 536 patients like women, children, old people and other villagers were treated by the four doctors, paramedical staffs and free medicines are distributed.

Padmabati Jena- Chairperson, Sukinda Block inaugurated the camp where in Vice-Chairman Dibya Ranjan Baral, 37 no Zilla Parishad member Pratap Patra, Dudhujori Sarpanch Akshaya Nayak,SRCKMS Vice-President Prabhat Pradhan, School Head Master Avinna Dehury, School Management Comittee president Abhay Kar and local leaders/villagers were present.

Understanding the critical health requirement of this area Honorable MLA – Sukinda, Er. Priti Ranjan Gharai requested IMFA management to organise a health camp in Damodarpur Village. So the health camp was organised by BIPF the CSR wing of IMFA with Dr. Prakash Ch.Mishra-Gyneacologist, Aurvedic Dr. Madan Gopal Sahoo-Danagadi CHC, Mr. Mohanty Malaria technician-Kuhika PHC,Imfa in-house doctors like Dr.Umakanta Mohanty and Dr.Sabyasachi Mohapatra, Dhaneswar Behera,Pharmacist, Bansidhar Mohanty- Laboratory technician along with local Anganwadi Didi and Asha Didi etc.

Total 536 patients like women, children, old people and other villagers were treated by the doctors, and free medicines are distributed. Blood test done for suspected malaria with 15 no patients.

Damodarpur village volunteers and school management committee have helped in the camp. The entire camp was successfully organized by the Public Relation department. The officials from IMFA Jagan Mohan Mallick- Sir Manager – PR, Girish Pattanaik- Manager- HR, Milan Ranjan Kar, Sandi Mishra, Ansuman Mohapatra, Pankaj Malala, Haryana Nayak, Sukanta Padhy, Asset Manager-BIPF, Deepak Mohanty, Purna Mohanta, Himalaya Mohanta and Bharat Rout have organized the successful functioning of the camp. Branch Committee members like Deepak, Dili, Subrata were also present.

The health camp by IMFA/ BIPF was well appreciated by the local people.
