Bhubaneswar: Former BJD leader Babu Singh on Tuesday joined the BJP at the State party headquarters here. Senior party leaders and Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Basant Panda, KV Singh Deo, among others, welcomed Singh and his supporters to the party fold.
Singh had recently quit the BJD. He was the BJD’s Bhubaneswar organisational district working committee president. Welcoming Singh and his supporters to the party fold, Minister Pradhan said the the organisation of the party would certainly be strengthened with the joining of the youth leader and hundreds of his supporters.
