Rayagada: Sri Pawan Kumar Suri, Executive Vice President(Works) of JK Paper Mills Ltd situated at JK Pur, Rayagada felicitated Sri Ogesh Ganta of K. Maligaon village after he returned from Delhi winning 2nd position in 85 kg senior category in the 2nd National Level Martial Arts Games-2017 held at Tarlakota stadium at New Delhi.
Mr Suri could identify the hidden talent in Ganta and encourage & sponsored him at all levels. Ganta will participate in the coming 11th World Martial Arts games during September 2017 to be held at Florida. “Ogesh has been selected as one among seven players from India and has made entire region proud. This is exactly the reason for felicitating him by JK Paper Mills”, said Sri Harihar Khamari, Asst. Manager, CSR, JKPM Ltd.
It may be noted that JKPM Ltd was also instrumental in sponsoring Ms.Prashanti Huika, a National Level Soft Ball Winner, to participate at international level in Thailand. Promoting sports and culture has been a major thrust of JKPM Ltd for past several years and such efforts have been appreciated by local denizens.
