Kaliapani: Today one Dental Check-up Camp is organised by IMFA Mines & Banshidhar Ila Panda Foundation ( CSR wing of IMFA) at their Kaliapani Dispensary where it was opened for the local general public and employees. In this camp 179 patients like school children, old people and local villagers, employees were treated. Primary treatment was made with free medicines and extraction of few patients tooth was made and patients with major issues were referred for furher treatment at the dental clinic.
This Dental Check up Camp was started in the morning in presence of Kalpana Jena, Sarapanch- Kaliapani, Moilal Mohanta,Naib sarapanch- Kaliapani and SR General manager IMFA Sri Sudhanshu Patni.
Dr Ms Gatha Mohanty, MDS, Consultant Periodontist, Dr Rajdeep Beura, BDS.Dr Ms Adrita Purkayastha, BDS.Dr Suvendu Hota, BDS from SUM Hospital, Bhubaneswar graced the occassion and treated the patients and advised to keep the tooth hygine and brush two times daily to keep it healthy. Few patiente also extracted their tooth.
IMFA inhouse doctors like Umakant Mohanty, Alok Das along with Sudhanshu Patni, Head COMO and Anita Patni, Swagatika Patra from Prerana Ladies Club ( IMFA ) were present to encourage .
The programme was organised by Jagan M Mallick, Sr. Manager (PR), Jyoti R Patra, Sr Manager (HR), Subasish Pattanaik Sr Manager ( Admn), Debasish samal, Ansuman Mahapatra, Millan R Kar, Sandeep Mishra, Abhay Pandey from PR/ HR/Admn Dept. & Purna Ch. Mahanta, Hemalata Mahanta from BIPF.
The local villagers like Chandimata school children, Old people of Kalaiapani GP and nearby villagers have taken the benefit of dental doctors and appreciated the activity.
