Bhubanswar: In an initiative to connect entrepreneurs to start up eco system and entrepreneurship knowledge and also make them aware on importance of it, city based media agency My City Links in association with Startup Odisha organized UDYAMQ, an Entrepreneurship Quiz for Start Ups on 22nd June 2019 from 4.30 pm onwards at the Hotel Crown, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
CEO of Startup Odisha, TIE Bhubaneswar President Shri Debashish Patnaik, Executive Director of TIE Smt Swosti Mishra, Charter Member Smt Ananya Padhy and founder of PNV Group Shri Satyabrat Sanu Ratho inaugurated this mega quiz programme in the auspicious presence of young Startup buddies from across the state, members from TIE, Startup Odisha team, entrepreneurs and students from various institutions.
Speaking on this occasion, Shri Ratho said, “I am very thankful towards My City Links for carrying out such type of noble initiatives to strengthen startup eco system in the state. Such type of initiative will definitely encourage young and innovative startup buddies to excel themselves in the fields of entrepreneurship. Sharing of knowledge will help the young entrepreneurs in a long run.”
Akin quiz programme was based upon two rounds, i.e. one is preliminary written and another is final round. 30 teams of Startups and Entrepreneurs participated in this knowledgeable event. Preliminary written test aftermath four teams made their ways to final. Abhisek Patra and Abhijit Sahoo from Fasttech Fashions bagged the champion trophy while student group of Ronesha Das and Ankit Singh got 1st Runners up prize, Amrita Sabat and Dr. Anita Sabat from Utkal Amrita got 2nd Runners up and team of A Soumya Rao and Rahul Jena won the 3rd Runners up prize. Winners and Runners up teams were awarded with trophy, citation, cash prize and gift vouchers. Such event provided networking support with eco system and Udyam Alliance membership for one year to all the participants. Also many students from various institutions from the city attended this event to revive their industrial knowledge. Eventually the event is followed by cultural programme, standup comedy show, talk by successful entrepreneurs and B2B & B2G meetings.
