Bhubaneswar: The Union government has approved two new government medical colleges in Balasore and Balangir districts of Odisha for academic year 2018-19. Union Health Minister JP Nadda informed this to Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan in a letter.
The two government medical colleges in Balasore and Balangir, having 100 seats each, will come up under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme, Nadda said.
