Dhenkanal: Brig. K P Singhdeo, former I&B Minister, who was instrumental in setting up IIMC, Dhenkanal addressed students today. He was presented with an angavastra , a Silver Jubilee Commemorative Cup (Saanjana Goldsmith did the honours) and a a Silver Jubilee Commemorative Pen .
