Cuttack: A book titled ‘Good Boy’(Odia), written by Mr. Akhand and published by Cuttack based publication house Kishore Kahani Prakashani’ was released by Justice B.K. Misra, acting Chairperson of Odisha Human Rights Commission(OHRC) in Bhubaneswar on 24 August 2017. Writer and other staff of the Commission and some law students were present on the occasion. It is written on a story of a village child.
