Bhubaneswar: BJP alleges Odisha Govt inks MoU with fraud company to improve healthcare delivery system. The BJP on Saturday slammed the State Government for signing an MoU with Ziqitza Health Care Ltd (ZHL) to improve healthcare delivery system in the State while terming the ZHL a fraud firm.
“By signing an MoU with the Ziqitza Health Care Ltd, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has planned to loot people of the State,” BJP spokesperson Sajjan Sharma alleged while stating that the ZHL is known fraud company in the country.
