Report by Bhaskar Pradhan; Bhubaneswar : On the eve of the birth day of Great Philosopher socrates & World philosophy day the department of philosophy BJB( Auto) college oragnised a periodical lecture on Isa upanishad here at college conference hall. The aim of the Isa Upanishad is prayer for establishment of Shanti (Peace) in the universe said the eminent Guests. Vice chancellor of KISS University Dr. Harekrushna Satapathy & HoD of Philosophy of Central University Tripura Dr Aditya Mohanty joined as guest. The periodical lecture presided by Prof Nawaz Hassan principal Of BJB College. The welcome address covered by Dr Harish Chandra Sahoo HoD of Philosophy. Lastly Vice Principal Dr Rita pati proposed a warm vote of Thanks to all. More than 200 students actively participated. The programme coordinated by Bapi Nayak, K.
