Bhubaneswar: Biswabhusan Harichandan takes oath as Andhra Pradesh Governor. High Court’s Acting Chief Justice #PraveenKumar administered the oath to the new Governor at a ceremony held at the Raj Bhavan in Vijayawada.
Biswabhusan Harichandan is the second Governor and the first one to be appointed exclusively for the state after the bifurcation in June 2014.
