Bhubaneswar: Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation to distribute relief materials to nearly 1 lakh residents in 67 wards from tomorrow; each family identified by RI & Anganwadi workers to get 50 kg rice, Rs 2,000 cash assistance & Rs 500 to purchase polythene sheets. This was informed by the BMC Additional Commissioner.
48 fire services unit comprising of 350 fire fighters deployed across multiple locations in Bhubaneswar to remove broken trees and execute other restoration work .
