Mumbai: Tata Sons today announced that Bhaskar Bhat, Managing Director of Titan, and Saurabh Agrawal, Group Chief Financial Officer, have been elevated to the Board of Directors of the company.
Bhaskar Bhat is currently the Managing Director of Titan Company and has helped his company drive brand value and a market cap of $10 billion for the company. Mr. Saurabh Agrawal, the Group Chief Financial Officer, brings deep capital market knowledge
and valuable cross industry experience to the Tata group.
Commenting on their appointment, N Chandrasekaran, Chairman of Tata Sons, said, “We welcome Bhaskar and Saurabh to the Board of Directors. The Board will benefit from the tremendous experience and knowledge of these professionals in multiple domains. I wish them luck and look forward to working with them.”
