Bhubaneswar: Airport Advisory Committee Meeting was held at BPI Airport Bhubaneswar on 21.6.2017 (Wednesday) under the chairmanship of Dr Prasanna Kumar Patasani, Hon’ble Member of Parliament , Lok Sabha along with the all other members of the committee. At the outset , Airport Director Shri S C HOTA welcomed Chairman and other Committee Members to the meeting and outlined the various improvement steps being taken by the airports authority for the airport.
Esteemed members suggested Various Points for improvement the Airport services . Airport Director informed to all committee Member about Airports Authority Plan for future growth of the Airport and described various steps taken by Airport Authority to make the airport more friendly and comfortable for the Passengers.
The committee was unanimous in their view that significant progress has been made for the improvement of the airport. However it was also felt that further improvement of the services is required including commencement of new flights including international flights to the city airport.
