Bhubaneswar: The State Election Commission has published the final voters' list. Fixing November 1, 2006 as the date for eligibility criteria, the list published on November 3 has 6,76,805 new voters, taking the total number of States voters to 2,36,15,749. Before the panchayat elections, the voters' list had to be revised. After the addition of new voters, the number of voters is the highest in Ganjam district (20,07,368) and the lowest in Deogarh (1,78,661). In Angul, there are 7,32,572 voters, in Balangir 9,56,830, in Balasore 14,15,75, Bargarh 8,93,249, Bhadrak 9,32,757, Boudh 2,15,075, Cuttack 13,65, 570, Dhenkanal 7,21,107, Gajapati 3,14,835, Jagatsinghpur 7,91,048, Jajpur 12,11,430, Jharsuguda 2,34,828, Kalahandi 9,13,227.
