Report by Orissadiary correspondent; Bhubaneswar : An Executive Engineer named Prasanta Mishracaught by the vigilance while he  was taking bribe of more than one lakh from a contractor for approve the tender in a room of Hotel Urmi Room No- 217 here on Saturday.
