Report by Sunil Mohanty, Cuttack: Chief Justice of the Orissa High Court Balbir Singh Chouhan has been appointed as the judge of the Supreme Court.Chouhan was appointed as the CJ of the Orissa High Court in July last year.He is most likely to take charge of the new assignment on May 11.In the meanwhile, well-known Orissa lawyer and Supreme Court judge Justice Arijit Pasayat will superannuate in the next week.
