Sambalpur girl selected for Femina Miss India

Bhubaneswar: Ankeeta Pani of Sambalpur has been selected for the Pantaloon-Femina Miss India 2008. Besides Ankeeta, daughter of Dr Uttam Kumar Pani, two more girls Rupsa Nayak of Balasore and Prabjhot Kaur of Jameshedpur have also been selected in the first-ever talent hunt event held by Femina in Orissa. Similar selections will be held in some other locations in the country. A brilliant student from her school career, Ankeeta is studying Computer Science and Engineering at KITS in Bhubaneswar and in the sixth semester has already been selected by Infosys in the campus recruitment. She wants to do her M Tech.
