Recruitment For Indian Army Begins At Malkangiri

Malkangiri: In a first ever significant incident,the Gopalpur Branch of Indian Army has started itís recruitment process for the entire state to fill up about 150-170 posts in various categories here  on Wednesday. Addressing a press conference on the occasion, Brigadier R.S.Mehra who is looking after the recruitment process in  the states of Sikkim,West Bengal and Orissa informed that recruitment for clerk,Soldier (Technical) and Nursing Trade is being going on here and the process will continue till 13th of this month,he added.Young boys under the Recruitment Male Population of age group of 18-23 are eligible to attend the recruitment process,the Brigadier informed adding while the medical and physical tests will be conducted here ,the written test will be held at Gopalpur.The Indian Army conducts the recruitment process twice in a year,he told the media persons.The ongoing  recruitment process is completely free & fair and the officials conducting the recruitment are from outside the state,he informed adding the district administration and police have extended their cooperation to the army for the  ongoing recruitment.With the recruitment for the Indian Army is on, hundreds of aspirants from different places of the state have camped here to decide their fate.
