Sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik congratulates Barack Obama for Nobel peace prize

Report by Orissadiary correspondent; Puri: USA president Mr. Barack Obama has won the prestigious Nobel peace Prize 2009. World champion sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik congratulates Mr. Obama by creating a sand sculpture of him which he dedicates for global peace.
 
Pattnaik created a 4ft high sand sculpture of Mr. Barack Obama and medal of Nobel Prize with a message "Let peace prevail". He used 3 tones of sand to create this 4ft high sculpture. Student of his Golden sand art institute joins hand with Mr. pattnaik. 
 
I always believe in Peace and harmony and it is the only way to create peace in the globe. It's a great moment I congratulate Mr. Obama and hope that he will promote more International peace. I like his thought and principles. I want to dedicate this sculpture for World peace Pattnaik said.
 
I also like to congratulate scientist Professor Venkatraman Ramakrishnana for jointly winning this year's Nobel Prize for Chemistry.  
 
Before Sudarsan has also created many sculpture of Mr. Obama at puri beach of Orissa the eastern state of India. Pattnaik has so far participated in more than 39 international sand sculpture championships across the world and won many awards for the country.
