Report by Orissadiary correspondent; Bhubaneswar: Orissa Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik criticizes Congress-led UPA Government over induction of only one minister, Srikant Jena from Orissa in Manmohan Singh’s expanded Union ministry. BJD supremo described that the state has been ‘neglected’ by the Congress-led UPA at Centre time and again. Naveen said this here a day after Balasore MP Jena takes oath as the Union Minister of State. “The expansion of ministry is a reflection of Congress' attitude towards the state, which should have more representation in the union council of ministers,” he said. Jena is a former cabinet minister in the Deve Gowda government, besides being a three-time MLA and four-time MP.
