Bhubaneswar: Twenty six persons died during Cyclone Titli and subsequent flood in the state, says SRC Bishnupada Sethi. 57 lakh affected while 3.6 lakh evacuated & shifted to safer places. Road connectivity in Ganjam, Gajapati, Rayagada & Kandhamal severely disrupted,” informs SRC Bishnupada Sethi at a press meet in Bhubaneswar.
